of Danceroom eV

In order for our teaching to be regulated and effective for all concerned, it is necessary to uniformly regulate certain organizational matters. Please read our contract conditions carefully. Please ask us in case of ambiguity.

§2. Registration for the courses.
For participation in the courses offered by us a fully completed, binding registration is required. Registration for a course or workshop obliges you to pay a monthly fee.
§3. Payment.
The course fees will be charged after max. 2 x trial lessons payable before the course begins. The fees for each course will be deducted from the student account on the 1st or 15th of each month.

§4. terminations
1. We reserve the right to give notice in writing of 2 months to the end of the month. Gladly by e-mail to danceroom@hiphopic.de.
2. A member can be excluded from the association if it has seriously violated the interests of the association.
§5. liability
It should be noted that a basic physical fitness is required to attend the courses and workshops. The stay in our rooms is at your own risk. For the cloakroom (including valuables) no liability is accepted. The liability of the association for damages of any kind is limited to those cases in which there is intent or gross negligence on the part of the association.
§ 6. failure
Class days and times There is no class on public holidays and during the holidays. In school holidays, alternatives are offered in the form of workshops. In the event of illness-related cancellation or prevention, the association reserves the right to cancel the lesson. These lessons can be arranged after consultation with the students. The default will not be credited to your account.
§ 7. data protection
All members agree to the storage of their data by participating in the courses and workshops. This data will not be disclosed to third parties. If there is no contradiction, we reserve the right to use dance videos and photographs of the courses for advertising purposes. The consent can be revoked at any time.
§8th. parking
Parking and parking of vehicles is allowed only on the marked areas.The violations of the rules of the parking lot can be punished by its owner.The parking of vehicles is at your own risk, a liability for any damage or loss is not taken on the part of the association.
