At the moment there are no regulations for the state of North Rhine-Westphalia

However, we still recommend:

- Wearing a medical or (better) FFP2 mask to the dance floor

- To test yourself regularly

We also ask all people with typical symptoms not to show up for training but to stay at home.

Furthermore, we continue to ensure that contact tracing is available so that we have the opportunity to contact possible contact persons in the event of a positive case within a course. Furthermore, our trainers will ventilate regularly, disinfect contact surfaces and keep the minimum distance of 1.5m if possible.
